New Moon Sound Bath 🌚✨
Sunday, October 11, 2026 | 4:30–5:30 PM
Join us for a grounding and restorative sound bath inspired by the energy of the new moon — a time to slow down, turn inward, reconnect with yourself, and create space for what’s next.
Settle in, get comfortable, and allow yourself to simply receive as you’re immersed in the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other instruments designed to support deep rest and relaxation.
This is your space to step away from the noise, soften out of doing mode, and give your body and mind a moment to reset.
Come exactly as you are. No prior experience is necessary. ✨

You will see a large sky-blue sign that says “Swell” where you turn in.

🚪 Doors Open: 4:00 PM for parking, settling in, and optional card pulls
✨ To avoid disruption for all participants doors will be locked promptly at 4:30
Please arrive on time to help maintain a peaceful and uninterrupted environment once the experience begins 🫶🏼

🪷 Please Bring Your Own Cozy Nest
· Yoga mat
· Blanket
· Pillow for your head
· Bolster or extra pillow for under your knees, highly recommended
· Eye pillow or eye mask, optional and highly recommended
· Water
Disposable eye masks will also be available.
You are welcome to bring a gravity chair or folding outdoor chair from home instead of lying on a yoga mat. If bringing a chair, please also bring a towel to place underneath it to help protect the studio floor.

Parking is available along the east side of The Swell Center and in the adjacent lot next door.

Ashley is a Sound Practitioner, Energy Intuitive, and Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master. Her work blends sound, energy work, and intuitive guidance to create grounded spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find a little more ease amidst the noise of everyday life.
