Join sound practitioner Michele Martone for a new moon sound bath & fire intention ceremony at Sanctuary Yoga and Meditation Studio in Toms River, NJ. The new moon is a great time to set intentions, initiate new projects, and harness the energetic potential of a fresh lunar cycle. Many people use this time for contemplation, goal-setting, and focusing on personal aspirations. Join us as we celebrate the new moon in community and sound. This sound bath is meant to take you on a meditative sound journey using quartz crystal singing bowls. These healing sounds help us to release stress, anxiety, emotional blockages, and tension we may be holding within our energetic and physical bodies through their vibrational frequencies. You will leave restored with a deep sense of peace and relaxation. * No prior meditation experience necessary.
Here are a few things you can bring to make you more comfortable for this experience, (there are some extra mats, blankets, cushions, and bolsters available to borrow from the studio as well):
1. A yoga mat.
2. A blanket and pillow.
3. Water
4. An eye mask, (optional), if you want to block out all light.
5. Any crystals or relics to charge and meditate with.
6. Dress comfortably so you can fully relax!
