New Moon Deluxe Crystal Reiki Sound Bath and crystal shop!

This sound bath will take place in the Crystal Salt Cave at CenterPeace Troy. The divine vibes are already waiting for you!
This special session falls near the new moons powerful energy to aid calling in the energy you desire in your world! We welcome you to come equipped with something you’d like to invite in at this time. Let the group energy support you and the sacred sounds and tools to cleanse your energy and body to make space for the new & good meant for you during the quantum manifesting meditation.
This Group settles in with warm peppermint tea, soft yoga mattresses, and the warm glow of the salt wall. We begin with the special experience of Sarah working individually with each person & their spirit team for mini readings. To bring through any visions or messages for you and to select crystals to work with you during the session. We lend you those crystals to lay with during the sound bath for you to recieve their loving energy and support.
There's no crystal experience necessary...we set things up for you to just show up, let go, and experience.
During the session, Sarah will focus on each person’s energy field using crystals, reiki, vocals and an array of sacred sounds. You’ll be immersed in soothing frequencies that activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and invite deep rest, clarity, and renewal. Many participants experience emotional release, visions, energetic shifts, and profound peace. We have drums, gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and so many instruments to share.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts to settle in. Doors lock at start time to hold a meditative space. If you need to arrive late it must be communicated reasonably before start time by email with your phone number.
We have a crystal shop in our space, you're welcome to crystal shop after the session!

About your sound bath guide and her intentions: Sarah is a dedicated interdimensional sound healer, energy worker, and crystal Reiki practitioner. As a spiritual guide and channel, she creates transformative spaces for deep relaxation, healing, and inner exploration. In her healing sessions, Sarah invites participants to transcend the physical world and enter the quantum field of infinite possibilities. Please Note: Loose-fitting, comfortable clothing is encouraged.The majority of the sound bath will feature crystal singing bowls, but may also include drumming, singing, tuning forks, rattles, reiki, and more!
