This is a moon for deep introspection and key for new beginnings. With space to nurture our inner worlds, life will show it's self clearer then ever before. Now into Autumn this is a great time to get back on track for anything that may have been lost during the busy months or to be honest with yourself and be open what is next in store for you.
This Sound Bath and journalling session is a hug to the soul, a practice of self-care and love. A moment to rest, reflect, reset & rejunvate. ☺️
With singing bowls, ancestral voice, koshis and percussion instruments you are soothed with love.💜
