New Moon Reiki + Sound Bath at the Park
Join us for a relaxing Reiki session paired with a soothing sound bath to relax and recharge, this time with a new moon intention ritual at the center.
Take a breath. Slow down. Join us in nature for a place to unwind, be in community, and set your intention for the new moon with ease, even with all the holiday to-dos swirling around.
Relax, recharge, and let your intention be bathed in Reiki and sound.
🌑 What to expect
We begin by grounding in together. Each person receives an index card and markers to write, draw, or create their intention for this new lunar cycle. There’s no right way to do it, and words, symbols, and scribbles all count.
Then we lie back, and your intention is infused with Reiki while the sound bath carries you.
Come as you are, wherever you are. No experience needed, just an open heart.
Perfect for melting stress away and boosting your inner peace.

✨ What to bring
- yoga mat or blanket (we will have some)
- water or hydrating drink
- pillow or eye mask
- anything else that you need to be comfortable
We will also have refreshing ionized hydrogen water for you.
Reservation is required. This will ensure we have ample space, blankets, and other goodies to be enjoyed by the group.
