About this Event
Every new moon is a natural pause. A quiet moment to loosen the grip on everything you've been holding and envision what comes next.
If you're one of us who is always juggling a lot in life, this is your monthly invitation to stop, settle, and reset.
In this 90-minute small group session, we'll move through three phases together:
Ground. Arrive in your body, get curious and meet what’s there. Simple somatic practices help guide us into the moment and into ourselves.
Release. Let go of what's built up over the month: we’ll create space to bring to the surface the things that drain our energy and make a path to release and integrate.
Set intentions. From a calmer, clearer place, choose what you want to invite in for the month ahead. We explore ways to begin changing mental patterns and beliefs that keep us stuck and disempowered.
You don't need any experience. Just come as you are. Groups are kept small so you get personal attention and the space feels safe and supportive
Please Bring:
- A notebook you can tear pages out of and something to write with.
- An object for the center of the circle. Could be a necklace or a stone or a photo or anything you feel called to bring in.
- Water bottle / a cup for tea
Some attendees will need to sit on the floor on a cushion. If you are not able to sit on the ground or have mobility issues, please let me know so I can make sure you are accommodated.
