Join Yoga In Beautiful Places for a transformative evening at Sunset Cliffs, a serene gathering beneath the open sky where the ocean meets the horizon. The New Moon Manifest & Align Series is a 12-month immersive experience designed to help you reconnect with your intuition, realign your energy, and manifest with clarity and purpose.
This class is guided by Katie Rose (Owner of Yoga In Beautiful Places) M.A.Ed., RYT-500, SUP Yoga, Breathwork, Sound Healing + Meditation.

🌙 A Year of Alignment & Manifestation
Every New Moon marks the start of a new chapter. Together, we’ll explore how to set intentions that grow in alignment with your soul’s unfolding journey.
Each month, we’ll gather on the New Moon, a time that symbolizes new beginnings; when the sky is dark, the energy is quiet, and intention has the power to take root. Over the course of a year, this series will lead you through twelve evolving themes of transformation, each building upon the last to mirror your own inner growth.
✨ What to Expect
Through meditation, journaling, Yoga Nidra, and sound healing, this experience invites you to slow down, reconnect, and align with your intentions guided by the natural rhythm of the lunar cycle.
You’ll be guided through grounding meditation and reflective journaling to clarify what you wish to call in. A deeply restorative Yoga Nidra will follow, helping you integrate your intentions at a subconscious level. The evening concludes with a soothing crystal bowl sound bath, allowing you to release what no longer serves, open to new possibilities, and attune your energy with the rhythm of the moon.

✨ What to Bring:
- Yoga mat and towel for underneath your mat (optional, the cliffs can get dusty)
- Blankets, pillows, or bolsters (anything to help you feel comfortable on the earth)
- Layers of clothing — it can get chilly as the sun sets
- Eye pillow or mask for relaxation
- Water
- Journal & Pen
- An open heart and willingness to release
All levels are welcome. Come as you are and leave feeling centered, renewed, and aligned; connected to both your heart and the natural cycles around you.
We’ll be right beside the Inn at Sunset Cliffs and the Natural Park sign at the north end of Sunset Cliffs Natural Park. This is the intersection of Sunset Cliffs Blvd and Adair St.
