About this Event
Join us for a soothing New Moon Sound Meditation designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and align with the energy of fresh beginnings. The New Moon invites reflection, renewal, and intention setting—making it a powerful time to turn inward, release what no longer serves you, and plant seeds for the month ahead.
Through gentle guidance, calming breath work, and the restorative vibrations of sound bowls, chimes, and meditative tones, you will be invited into deep relaxation and inner stillness. This experience is perfect for anyone seeking clarity, peace, emotional reset, or a sacred pause from daily life.
