5:30pm-5:45pm Opening Circle + Intention Setting
5:45pm - 6:15pm Candlelit Yoga Flow with Jenny
6:15pm - 7pm - Women's Circle

This class is for all-levels, even beginners, and combines divine feminine yoga-dance movements with a vinyasa yoga class.
Kombucha + a vegan/GF dessert or fruit will be provided.
I make it easy to follow & fun, so if you are a new yogi come on out and connect with yourself & community.
