Join us for a heart opening ceremony to celebrate the New Moon, a time to plant seeds of conscious intentions for what we want to create in our lives and the world - with music by TrineMai and Sudha.
In the ceremonial space we use music as our prayer to energise these seeds with our love and attention, supported by the gentle plant medicine that Cacao is.
Ceremonial Cacao is a healing plant medicine that gently opens the heart, and supports a deeper connection with ourselves, our bodies and spirit.
For this ceremony, Christina Sophia will serve us Cacao from Love by Gaia.
This Cacao comes from the Satipo region of Peru, where it is grown in harmony with Nature on small polyculture farms, honouring both the land and traditional wisdom.

TrineMai is a musician and spaceholder for Ceremonies with plant medicine. She loves the ancient healing feeling of sitting in a circle with medicine songs, remembering who we are and where we come from. Together we surrender and let the magic happen.

For the past 25 years Sudha has been sharing her connection to source through her voice in the settings of concerts, ceremonies, retreats and festivals all over the world - facilitating a space of gentle healing through the power of music and silence.

THE PRACTICALS...
We will spend 3 hours together 7-10pm floating nicely in to the weekend on the wings of prayer.
