Ishigaki is the UK's oldest and largest LGBT+ martial arts club. Whether you want to train for fun, fitness, improve co-ordination, learn how to defend yourself, become a black belt or just plain try something new. Why not come along and try a bespoke new joiner class with this very social club. The 2 hour (ish) class will consist of a mixture of self defence and jujitsu techniques. It's totally free.
