About this Event
The consortium is a great opportunity for you to network with your Centering peers and learn from them, hear updates from CHI, and receive support from your dedicated Centering Advisor, Kelly Kimbo.
The consortium will take place from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM at University Hospital in the Rutgers New Jersey Medical school in its Rosemary Gellene Room. Free parking is available at Norfolk Parking Garage. Please complete the parking the parking registration form, found here. There will be time for socializing, CHI organizational updates, Q&A sessions, implementation and facilitation troubleshooting subgroups, and the opportunities to learn more about New Jersey and New York statewide initiatives. Lunch will be provided, if you have any dietary restrictions please include them in the event registration.
