Another wonderful new Peak District circular hike to start off the new year! We meet for a 9.30am start by Cromford Wharf (DE4 3RQ) and this beautiful hike includes the River Derwent, the High Peak trail up to the impressive Black Rock area and then along past Middle Peak quarry to the Middleton Top viewpoint and cafe before heading back down to Cromford Mill to end. It is just under 10 miles in total and about 5hrs so finishing around 2.30pm. A really good hike and fully guided throughout (Rating 2.5) £25pp for the day.
