Welcome to Mind Aware!
A 4 week course 28th September 2026-19th October 10:00am-12:00pm
Get ready to dive into the world of mental wellness with Mind Aware. This is an in-person event where you can connect, learn, and grow surrounded by awesome people who care about minds as much as you do. Bring your curiosity, your questions, and your open mind—run by our expert tutor and hypnotherapist Helen Brucher, the course has been designed as an introduction to wellbeing theory and includes practices designed to add value, aid reflection and evaluate balance in your life. In a busy digital world it can be hard to form habits to support our well being, this course aims to provide practical strategies that can be implemented in to new practices to support your wellbeing.
Places for this course will be prioritised for those that have not benefitted from a funded course at the centre already this term, if you have already attended a community class this term and would like to attend this one, please contact the centre directly to be placed on the waiting list.
Please be aware that this course does not provide personal therapy and cannot meet specific individual needs,therefore should not be considered as an alternative to specific individual therapy. Instead it will be a group session that focusses on supporting individual and community wellbeing.
This 4 week course is fully funded to anyone who earns less than £25,750, for anyone earning more, there is a reduced course fee of £25. As we are supporting funding for this course we will need you to complete an enrolment form in the centre before your place is secure, we can help you to do this. Once you have applied on here we will contact you to arrange finalising your course place. When you visit the centre please bring your national insurance number, ID (driving license/passport/in-date bank card) and proof of earnings. Please note that we cannot offer a place to anyone who has not completed the enrolment process with us. The course is also run based on minumum numbers.
