� FRIDAY NIGHT BOXERCISE – LOOSE PAVILION �I’m looking at starting new Friday night Boxercise classes at Loose Pavilion from 1st December — but I need to see if there’s enough interest first!
� 7:45pm – Ladies Only Boxercise
A fun, energetic workout in a friendly and supportive environment. No experience needed!
� 8:45pm – Mixed Adult Boxercise
All abilities welcome — a great way to finish the week, get fit and have some fun!
Whether you’re completely new to Boxercise or already enjoy training, these classes will be suitable for all abilities.
