If you have been diagnosed with Austism, ADHD, AuDHD , identify that you have or a person who you know has/does and you want to find out more; these 6 sessions help you explore what it means to be Neurodivergant and to learn skills that will help in a world that mostly isn't. The course is limited to 6 places and you would need to reasonably commit to attending all 6 sessions.
It will be held in-person at the Sunlight Centre in Gillingham.
