Have you ever been told you are too much, when all you know is how to be yourself? This workshop takes a look at the forever evolving, overwhelming, misunderstood and very confusing place that being neurodivergent can make you feel like you are in. and the emotions we feel when people automatically judge you without taking the time to understand who you are or they don't bother to take the time out to see you!
This workshop isn't for judging it is to help you understand a little better about the magic in being different, as we grow, we evolve into different versions of ourselves as does everyone, however Sensory's, Smell, Touch, Feel, Noise all of the things most people ignore can be like going to an unwanted dentist appointment and sometimes it's frustrating to understand why!!
So this workshop is to help understand a little better all of the things that are confusing, to help build the confidence in yourself to show people who you are, and to understand the adjustment's that are needed to evolve and thrive.
If it is sunny there is seating between the playground and the cafe, inside the Cafe if it is too cold. I allow 2hours so that anyone who want's to talk can, however you are also free to leave at any point if it is not for you.

I have thought about this idea for the past 2 days and after talking to a couple of people, I have decided to add a Fidget type table because I understand very well that sometimes people are able to retain information better when they are drawing, or playing with a fidget, colouring in.
it may not be needed but it is always good to have options.
So, I will have the following:
