Being a neurodivergent woman can be challenging, especially when diagnosed later in life. This is a space created for neurodivergent women to meet, connect, and simply be understood. Whether you hold a formal diagnosis or know yourself to be neurodivergent without one, you are equally welcome here.
Facilitated by Renee Simmons (Psychotherapist) and Simone McLees (Art Therapy Student), Neurodivergent Women Connect brings together women 18 and over in a warm, relaxed, and affirming environment. This group is a place to exhale, learn a little, make something with your hands, and find your people.
What to expect
Each 90-minute session explores a topic related to neurodivergence alongside a hands-on craft activity that brings that theme to life. You don't need to be creative or crafty.
Sessions run monthly and are open to drop in, no ongoing commitment required.
Cost: $5 per session (cash or card welcome)
Bring your own snacks. Tea and coffee provided.
Next Sessions:
Saturday 12 September - 12pm Activity: Patchwork Pencil Case
Saturday 10 October - 12pm Activity: Watercolour Exploration
Saturday 14 November - 12pm Activity: Grow Your Garden Artwork
Saturday 12 December - 12pm Activity: Reflection On The Year
We look forward to hearing from you! Please fill out the form on our website if you are interested in attending, to join our mailing list about this group, or have suggestions for what you'd like to get out of a group like this.
