About this Event
This is your monthly opportunity to step away from the noise, connect to yourself through breathwork and gentle movement in the way of Yoga.
Each session explores practical breathing techniques designed to support everyday wellbeing. Alongside the experience itself, you'll gain an understanding of how and why these practices work, leaving with simple tools you can take into your daily life to help manage stress, improve focus and create a greater sense of calm.
As a yoga teacher, I also weave in gentle movement to prepare the body, release tension and deepen the breathwork experience.
Expect to leave with a clearer mind, a more settled body and a renewed sense of balance. Whether you're here to learn, unwind, or simply carve out some space for yourself on a Sunday evening, The Sunday Sanctuary offers an opportunity to let go of the week that's passed and reconnect with yourself before the one ahead.
Cake and chai served afterwards, as always.
