Jealousy and envy are emotions many women are taught to feel often without realising it. From a young age, we’re told, subtly or explicitly, that there’s only room for one woman at the top. That scarcity mindset seeps into our careers, shaping how we measure success and how we see each other. But what if envy isn’t always destructive? What if it can act as a signal - pointing us towards what we truly want, and pushing us to grow rather than compete?
