Nervous System Workshop for Mothers - Let's reconnect again

An intimate guided visualisation session designed to help you regulate your overwhelm, and learn practical tools for everyday motherhood.
About this Event

Mama, when was the last time you had 2 hours for yourself?

Motherhood asks so much of us: patience, presence, nurturing, and we do it all even when we're running on empty. But for one afternoon, let's stop asking more of ourselves and simply give our body & mind permission to rest, reconnect and experience true calmness.

As a corporate working mom of 3, I know how overwhelm, anger and frustration can take over most of your day. Only to end with you spending your evening feeling guilty about it and blaming yourself.

It's really not your fault. You can't simply think your way into the calm state when your body is on high alert.

This science-based workshop is specifically designed to help you better understand a nervous system stuck in GO MODE and, most importantly, experience how to shift out of it.

At the heart of this workshop is an immersive nervous system regulation experience through Subconscious Visualization.

This will help the body and mind to quiet the mental overload, reduce tension and respond to everyday demands with clarity and perspective.

So join us for a warm cup of tea, connection, reflection and relaxation. This will be a small, intimate ( 6-8 ladies), judgment-free space, so come as you are.

We are not here to fix anything, do more or achieve more. We are here to return to a calm our bodies and minds already know.

Wear your comfy clothes, bring a pillow and settle in with a warm cup of tea while we connect, experience and reflect. Yoga mat are provided.

With love,

Salpi

Hi, I’m Salpi.

I’m a working mother of three, a Certified Clinical Hypnotist (University of Toronto) with a Master of Science in Persuasive Health Communication.

My work is shaped by lived experience and by years of studying what drives human behaviour, the nervous system & the subconscious mind and what helps us create meaningful, lasting change.

I use specially designed visualization techniques and focused attention to create change at the subconscious level.

Motherhood does not come with a manual, so I am helping write one.

I truly believe everything you need is already within you. I am simply here to help you find it.
