Join Isabel Varela, holistic business coach and shamanic practitioner, for a weekly guided wellness walk through Central Park's iconic Ravine designed to reset your nervous system, clear mental clutter, and reconnect you to your body and breath.
We often look up to other leaders but this week we turn inward. The more you understand your own strengths the more you become the leader your life and business actually needs. We look at how to assert, how to lead, and how to set the boundaries that protect your energy and your vision.
Research shows that just 20 minutes in nature significantly reduces cortisol levels and activates the parasympathetic nervous system. This walk is your weekly reset.
