Join us in person for a chill, soul-refreshing half-day designed just for women. This event is all about tuning into your body, calming your mind, and nurturing your nervous system. Expect expert education, guided relaxation, and meaningful connection with amazing people. Take a pause, reset your energy, and leave feeling recharged and deeply connected to yourself and others. Come as you are and give yourself this much-needed care! Light snacks and beverages will be available. Please bring a yoga mat if you would prefer to lie down during the relaxation and breathing portions.

Reset & Revive: Sacred Freedom Through Tapping and Sound

Info: Jennifer will guide participants through Sacred Freedom Tapping and a restorative Sound Bath experience.
Sacred Freedom Tapping is a heart-centered approach that combines emotional freedom techniques (EFT/tapping), Ho’oponopono, mindfulness, affirmations, nervous system regulation, and a true connection to help release emotional blocks, limiting beliefs, stress, fear, and stored trauma from the body and mind. Participants are gently guided to reconnect with their inner truth, cultivate self-compassion, and create space for healing, clarity, and freedom.
The Sound Bath experience uses soothing vibrational frequencies from instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks and other healing sounds to promote deep relaxation, energetic alignment, and emotional restoration. These sound vibrations help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
