We are proud to present the First Maltese Neonatal & Paediatric Nutrition Conference, bringing together healthcare professionals with an interest in neonatal, paediatric and nutritional care for two days of education, discussion and professional networking.The conference will explore the importance of nutrition across the entire paediatric journey; from nutrition before birth and the neonatal period, through infancy and childhood, to adolescence and young adulthood. The programme brings together local and international experts to discuss current evidence, practical approaches and emerging challenges in paediatric nutrition.
Particular emphasis will be placed on translating nutritional science into everyday clinical practice, recognising nutritional risk early and supporting healthy growth and long-term metabolic health.
The conference will also incorporate patient perspectives, providing an important reminder of the real-world impact of nutritional care on children and their families.
With a multidisciplinary programme featuring keynote presentations, expert talks, interactive discussion and opportunities for networking, the conference aims to provide a valuable platform for paediatricians, neonatologists, dietitians, nurses, pharmacists, allied health professionals and other healthcare professionals involved in the care of infants, children and adolescents.
