Join us every Sunday morning, to get a little hot and sweaty at our all-ability gym session designed specifically for Ex military members and serving personnel. These instructor-led sessions focus on improving strength, fitness, mobility, and overall wellbeing and recovery in a welcoming and encouraging environment.Whether you want a good workout or returning after a break, the session is adaptable to suit all fitness levels and abilities, you’ll get out of it whatever you want to put in. Qualified instructors are on hand throughout to guide, support, and motivate you at your own pace.
