Neighbors Along the Journey: Monthly Dementia Support GroupCaring for someone living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or changes in memory, behavior, or thinking can be overwhelming at times—but you do not have to walk the journey alone.
Join us for Neighbors Along the Journey, a monthly dementia support group designed to provide education, encouragement, resources, and meaningful connection for caregivers, families, friends, and community members impacted by dementia.
This welcoming gathering offers a safe place to ask questions, share experiences, learn practical caregiving strategies, and connect with others who understand the unique challenges and rewards of supporting a loved one living with dementia.
What You Can Expect:

• Behavioral and communication strategies
• Community resources and referrals
• Meaningful conversation and connection
• Dementia education and guidance
• A flexible, come-and-go format to fit your schedule
• Open to residents, families, caregivers, and the community
The group is facilitated by Tiffany Clements, C.D.S., a CARES Dementia Specialist and Care Program Development, Education, and Outreach Specialist with Home-Aid Caregivers. Tiffany is one of only 34 CARES Dementia Specialists in Texas and is passionate about providing education, guidance, and compassionate support to individuals and families navigating brain changes.
Whether your loved one has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia, you are noticing changes in memory or behavior, or you simply want to learn more about dementia care, you are welcome here.
