About this Event
Step back into the historic industrial heart of Philadelphia on the one-of-a-kind Frankford/Tacony tour. This journey through the "Workshop of the World" explores the deep-rooted community ties of the Lower Northeast, where the legacy of manufacturing meets modern local pride. Led by a neighborhood host, visit the site of the former Frankford Arsenal, explore the serene trails of Lardner's Point Park along the Delaware River, and see the iconic “Our Tacony: Yesterday and Tomorrow” mural. Experience the grit and resilience that define these storied riverfront neighborhoods, but don’t forget about the famous Fink’s Hoagies!
