Come to Bitter Social on Sunday, September 20, 2026 at 6:00 PM for a fun and informative class on crafting the perfect Negroni cocktail. This classic Italian cocktail is considered an apertivo--come learn what that means.
Choose one of three versions of this classic to sip on while you learn the history of Negronis and National Negroni Week. Hosted by Bitter Social's lead bartender, Kat will teach you how to make your own Negroni, what's the difference between Campari & Aperol, and why you should ALWAYS keep the vermouth in the fridge. Negroni Week starts at Bitter Social (& our sister cocktail bar Bittersweet) on Wednesday, September 23 and raises money for Slow Food USA.
