About this Event
Description
Most people I speak with don’t actually enjoy negotiating. We tend to avoid it, walk away too quickly, or even leave value on the table without realising it. Yet in everyday life, we communicate constantly - and in many of those conversations, we’re already negotiating and influencing, whether it’s with colleagues, managers, clients, or even friends.
So what if our negotiations became just a little more intentional?
In this workshop, we explore how to feel more comfortable with negotiating by starting with the common misconceptions that make people hesitant in the first place. From there, we look at how to prepare for conversations with more clarity, how to navigate interests rather than positions, and how to reach agreements that create value for both sides.
Negotiation isn’t an innate talent — it’s a learnable skill. And once you understand the principles and practice them in a safe environment, it can transform your career, your opportunities, and your everyday interactions.
