A symbol of enduring love and devotion, the mother and penguin chick will be adored by everyone. This pair will be guaranteed to warm your heart during the cold winter. Each creation is built on a double wire armature. To replicate the don’t fluffy of the penguin chick, light gray alpaca wool is used. Come spend the afternoon from local fiber artist, Sarah Summers of Summers’ Serendipity.
Sign up for the full 4 hour class and make two penguins or sign up for the 2 hour class and make just one penguin.
A materials kit including needles, scissors, awl, finger protectors, felting pad, and wool will be provided by the instructor. All wool and supplies come in a handy carry tote.
Please note *** A materials fee of $40 per student is due to the instructor at the start of the class.
If you have a kit from Summers’ Serendipity from a previous workshop, bring it with you and pay a materials fee of $15.00 for the wool.
