Come learn how to needle felt on your clothing with us! You can patch holes or cover stains and make your clothing new again. This technique works well with jeans, corduroy, linen, most sweaters, micro fleece jackets, and open weave fabrics, and it doesn't work with t-shirt material or synthetics that are thin and stretchy. Please bring multiple pieces of clothing to try in case your first choice doesn't work well. We will be using stencils and heat erasable pens to create designs and add wool colors like a paint by number with felting needles, you can also draw your own designs if you like. Thrifting for clothing is a great option and Value Village is just across the street from us. Feel free to bring food and drinks if you wish, we have reverse osmosis water and a fabulous tea selection. If you buy tickets and can't come to class for any reason you can always come to another class, if you are sick please don't come and share, message us for a make up class, ages 9 and up.
We want our classes affordable for everyone, you can receive a 20% discount by paying in cash, and unsold spaces will be offered at half off 2 days before the event, call 907-341-9001 to hold your space. We also offer private parties, baby showers, and teambuilding events at 20% off our advertised class fee, call or message us for more info!
