With Pam Gaither
Certified Yoga Therapist C-IAYT, E-RYT-500, YACEP
Almost everyone carries tension in their neck and shoulders. You don't have to keep carrying it.
This two-hour workshop offers a therapeutic approach to releasing chronic tightness and restoring ease in your upper body.
You'll move through a progressive sequence of yoga poses and mobility techniques designed to:
∙ Open tight chest muscles
∙ Strengthen the stabilizing muscles of your shoulder girdle and upper spine
∙ Identity and release habitual holding patterns built up over time
Our session concludes with restorative poses and guided relaxation, giving your nervous system time to integrate the practice and your muscles to fully release.
You’ll leave feeling:
∙ Deep calm and mental clarity
∙ Renewed freedom of movement in your neck and shoulders
∙ Equipped with techniques to maintain your progress
SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 20 | 1-3PM | $50
All levels are welcome. Livestream available.
*CE credits are available through Yoga Alliance. This course aligns with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) guidelines.
