The Near West Side Partners @NearWestSidePartners (NWSP) in partnership with United Methodist Children Services @United Methodist Children's Services (UMCS) will be hosting a joint community cleanup April 17th from 10am - 2pm. UMCS covers the Washington Park neighborhood and NWSP covers the Near West Side communities. This joint community cleanup will need the manpower to tackle the trash left over by a rough winter. We are asking for volunteers to support this clean-up.
Volunteers will receive pickers, bags, a vest and will be provided snacks. We will be practicing social distancing and will ask people to wear masks and work in small groups while spread apart. Each volunteer must register and provide the information requested as we plan to keep volunteers up-to-date on any changes.
