🚣NDIS Kayaking Adventure🚣
Have you ever paddled through calm waterways with the sun on your back and nothing but nature around you? This Kayaking Adventure is a 5-week series that teaches real on-water skills. From basic paddle technique to navigating open waterways, while building upper body strength, coordination, and confidence. No experience needed.
What you'll gain:
🌊On-water paddling skills and growing confidence in a new environment
🌊Improved upper body strength, coordination, and balance
🌊Sense of achievement through mastering a physical challenge
🌊Connection with nature through Gold Coast waterways
🌊Teamwork and peer connection in a unique outdoor setting
Program Details:
📅 When: October 20th, every Tuesday for Five weeks
📍 Where: Gold Coast waterways, transport provided
👥 Group size: Small groups
💰 Cost: Available to NDIS participants — funding eligibility depends on your individual plan
