About this Event

PR teams are changing fast, and the way we do the work will look different within a year or two. As clients and leadership get more comfortable with AI, they'll expect more work, done well, in less time. The time to learn, practice and even fail is now.
With well-trained AI, one PR pro can direct a variety of strategies and tactics that used to take a full team, and match that team's output and quality.
In this session, Evan Boyer, Founder & CEO of Leaders PR, will draw on 15 years on global agency teams, from account coordinator to senior director, and share the principles that have helped grow Leaders PR into an award-winning, AI-native agency. He'll open up a few of the AI skills (reusable instructions that handle one job the same way every time) behind his own workday, including some for work you might not expect an AI to handle. Then he'll show how to turn a process you already repeat every week into your first skill.
Whether you're early in your career, a specialist or a senior strategist, and whether you work independently, at an agency or in-house, you'll walk away with skills that support the work already on your plate and make that work better.
You'll leave knowing:
1. Which tasks a skill handles well, and where you still need a person's judgment
2. How to write your first skill from a process you already know, in plain English
3. How to keep AI drafts in your own writing style, and catch the ones that drift

Space is limited to 14 attendees, so register early!

Lunch will be provided.
