The NC BBQ Hall of Fame and NC Pork Council are bringing a Whole Hog Cook-Off to Downtown Graham on Oct 9 & 10 Pitmasters from across all over will fire up their cookers Friday night and cook straight through the night, battling for BBQ bragging rights, cash prizes, and a chance to be inducted into the NC BBQ Hall of Fame.
On Saturday, come hungry and enjoy authentic whole-hog BBQ plates served fresh off the pit! Plates include chopped whole-hog pork and all the flavor that only slow-cooked Carolina barbecue can deliver.

Enjoy great food, live music, vendors, and a lively downtown atmosphere, and watch some of the best pitmasters in the state do what they do best. Don’t miss the awards ceremony as we crown this year’s champion and welcome a new inductee into the NC BBQ Hall of Fame!
