• Inform organizers about food allergies before eating; they are not liable for allergic reactions.
2. Registration & Payments
• Advance payment & registration are requested for efficient organization.
• Cancellation of registration isn't allowed
• Final registration will be confirmed after receiving the payment.
• There won't be any acceptance of new registrations or registration fees at the event venue.
• Registration is non-transferable, except in emergencies, and you need to be informed in advance. However, the organizers will decide.
3. Admission
•Entrance to the event with prior consumption of Alcoholic drinks & narcotic substances, and also during the event, is strictly prohibited.
• Anyone consuming Alcoholic drinks, narcotics, or prohibited substances will not be allowed to participate in future events.
4. Music
• The collection of songs will be as per the organizers’ selection
• On-demand songs will not be entertained
5. Dress Code
• Traditional Attire is advised, and no shoes inside the event hall.
6. Consent
• You will be contacted by our team for event-related and /or future event communication.
• Store and process the details provided by you.
• Photos/videos taken and shared by the individuals or organizers; please notify organizers if you prefer not to be photographed.
• For minors (under 12), confirm guardianship and consent for participation and media.
•Personal responsibility for belongings at the event; organizers and volunteers are not liable.
•Agreement to follow event etiquette, instructions, and rules by organizers.
•I release event organizers from liability for injuries or damages during the event.
• Consent to take full responsibility in the event of any damage caused during the event.
•Consent to participate in any event surveys or feedback sessions.
