For suicide loss survivors navigating the first 2 years. Losing someone to suicide can be a deeply painful and isolating experience, particularly in the early stages of grief. This closed Suicide Loss Survivor Support Group is designed specifically for individuals who are within their first two years of loss and are seeking a supportive, consistent space to process their grief alongside others who understand. This peer-led group offers a safe, confidential environment where participants can explore the complex emotions often experienced after suicide loss, including shock, guilt, anger, confusion, and profound sadness. Because this is a closed group, the same participants meet together throughout the group cycle, allowing trust, connection, and a sense of shared understanding to develop over time. Participation in this group requires advance registration and completion of an intake process before attending. The intake helps ensure the group is a good fit for each participant and allows facilitators to create a supportive and emotionally safe experience for everyone involved. There is no expectation to share before you are ready. Participants may choose to listen, reflect, or share as they feel comfortable. While this group does not aim to “fix” grief, it provides validation, connection, and gentle support during a particularly vulnerable time following loss. This group is open to adults who have lost a loved one to suicide within the past two years and are seeking peer connection, understanding, and compassionate support. You do not have to navigate this journey alone.
