About this Event
Join us for an evening of support & connection
The holiday season can bring up a lot — joy, love, but also grief, loss, loneliness, or overwhelm. For many in our community, this time of year can be especially complex.
Join us for an evening of connection and care as we come together in a facilitated conversation to support one another through the challenges the holidays can bring.
This is a space to share, listen, and be held in community as we navigate the season with self-care and wellbeing at the center.
This gathering will be held in a circle-style support format, where each voice is welcome and everyone is invited to participate in the way that feels right for them.
We will also include practical tips that support self-regulation and tips for centering your holiday experience on self-care and wellbeing.
You can expect an insightful, supportive, and connecting evening.
