About this Event
Navigating Leadership in the Jungle
Understand Yourself. Navigate Others. Lead Differently.
Leadership can feel like a jungle. Are you equipped to navigate it?
We've all experienced it.
The coworker who seems impossible to communicate with. The team member who doesn't respond the way we expect. The supervisor whose leadership style leaves us frustrated. The difficult conversations we keep putting off because we're not sure how they'll end.
Sometimes, navigating people can be more challenging than the work itself.
But here's a question worth considering:
What if the challenge isn't always the people around you? What if becoming a better leader starts with understanding yourself?
Join Jesse Ross and Nikki Tabor for Navigating Leadership in the Jungle, an interactive leadership development experience designed to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your communication, and navigate workplace relationships and challenges with greater confidence.
Through a personalized DISC assessment, engaging conversations, and real-world leadership exercises, you'll explore how your natural tendencies influence the way you lead, communicate, and interact with others.
Whether you're leading a team, managing a business, navigating difficult workplace relationships, or preparing for your next leadership opportunity, this workshop will challenge you to think differently about how you show up.
What You'll Learn
1. Discover Your Leadership Style
Gain a deeper understanding of your natural communication and behavioral tendencies through a personalized DISC assessment. Identify your strengths, preferences, and potential blind spots.
2. Navigate Different Personalities
Understand why people approach communication, decision-making, conflict, and collaboration differently. Learn how to adapt your approach without compromising who you are.
3. Strengthen Communication and Relationships
Explore practical ways to reduce misunderstandings, build trust, navigate difficult conversations, and improve how you connect with others.
4. Apply Your Learning to Real-Life Challenges
Participate in interactive exercises and workplace scenarios that challenge you to think differently, collaborate with others, and apply your new understanding to everyday leadership situations.
5. Lead With Greater Confidence and Intention
Walk away with actionable strategies you can begin using immediately in your workplace, business, and personal leadership journey.
This Isn't Just Another Leadership Presentation.
You won't spend the entire workshop sitting and listening to someone talk about leadership.
You'll participate. You'll reflect. You'll engage with others. And you'll have opportunities to challenge how you think about leadership.
Our goal is simple: to help you leave with more than information.
We want you to leave with a better understanding of yourself, greater awareness of how others experience you, and practical tools for navigating the people and situations you encounter every day.
