Join us for an evening of information regarding the transition from high school to adulthood for youth with disabilities/ special health care needs. Family Voices of Wisconsin will present What’s After High School, a session covering key aspects of the transition. Key agencies will be available to answer questions about their services and programs. Separate activity spaces for younger kids and a quiet space for teens will be available.
