We expend a lot of worry and allow fear to pervade our minds navigating challenging relationships and difficult conversations. In this workshop, Gen Chokyi will explore:> The dynamics of difficult conversations
> Meditation methods we can use to empower us in challenging relationships
> How to reframe how we think about challenging people in our lives and view them as opportunities
Through meditation, we can learn techniques to pacify negativity and increase our good qualities. When our mind is under control we are calm and this impacts the dynamics of our relationships.
What to expect? Gentle guided meditations, short teachings as well as Q&A in the last session. Everyone can benefit from this course— you don't have to be Buddhist to participate.
