Church Leadership Conference: Navigating Church Revitalization or Decline
Hosted by Faith Gospel Church, this five-day leadership conference brings together pastors, church leaders, and ministry teams to address one of the most pressing challenges facing congregations today — how to move from decline to lasting renewal.
Through teaching sessions, panel discussions, and practical breakout groups, participants will learn how to honestly diagnose the roots of decline, rediscover a biblical vision for renewal, and lead their congregations through change with wisdom and hope. The conference draws on the experience of pastors and ministry leaders from Canada, the United States, Ghana, Nigeria, and Australia, offering a global perspective on building healthy, sustainable, and mission-focused churches.
Whether your church is thriving, plateaued, or struggling, this conference is designed to equip leaders with the tools, encouragement, and community needed to move from survival to renewal.
