Välkommen till en varm och upplyftande kväll med ceremoniell kakao, kirtan, mantra, meditation, sound healing och levande musik, där vi tillsammans firar **Navaratri och den gudomliga feminina kraften**.
Navaratri betyder *”nio nätter”* och är en viktig högtid inom den hinduiska och yogiska traditionen, tillägnad **Devi – det gudomligt feminina – och Shakti, livets skapande kraft**. Genom gudinnans olika uttryck uppmärksammas kvaliteter som styrka och mod, kärlek och medkänsla, intuition, visdom, kreativitet och transformation.
Vi samlas mitt under **Navaratris nio dagar och nätter**, under en tid då den feminina kraftens olika uttryck traditionellt hedras och firas. Samtidigt för hösten oss mot en lugnare och mer inåtvänd tid. Ett fint tillfälle att stanna upp, landa i oss själva och uppmärksamma den feminina kraften – inom oss, i naturen, i Moder Jord och i livet omkring oss.
Vi börjar med **ceremoniell kakao och en guidad meditation** för att landa, öppna hjärtat och bjuda in mer närvaro. Därifrån låter vi musiken och mantran ta oss vidare genom kvällen.
Tillsammans sjunger vi upplyftande **mantran tillägnade det gudomligt femininas olika uttryck**, varvat med meditation, levande musik, violin och sound healing. Vi rör oss mellan stillhet och reflektion, glädje, gemenskap, sång och kanske lite dans.
Det blir en **tre timmar lång ceremoni och resa** med utrymme att återknyta kontakten med dig själv, fylla på med ny energi och inspiration och tillsammans fira denna speciella tid.
Efter ceremonin stannar vi gärna kvar en stund för te, något litet att äta och tid att umgås.

Navaratri – A Celebration of the Divine Feminine
Welcome to a warm and uplifting evening of ceremonial cacao, kirtan, mantra, meditation, sound healing and live music, as we come together to celebrate **Navaratri and the Divine Feminine**.
Navaratri means *“nine nights”* and is an important celebration in the Hindu and yogic traditions, dedicated to **Devi – the Divine Feminine – and Shakti, the creative energy of life**. Through the different expressions of the Goddess, we honour qualities such as strength and courage, love and compassion, intuition, wisdom, creativity and transformation.
We gather in the midst of **the nine days and nights of Navaratri**, a time traditionally dedicated to honouring and celebrating the many expressions of the Divine Feminine. At the same time, autumn invites us into a quieter and more inward season – a beautiful opportunity to pause, reconnect with ourselves and honour the feminine energy within us, in nature, in Mother Earth and in the life around us.
We begin with **ceremonial cacao and a guided meditation** to arrive, open the heart and invite greater presence. From there, we allow music and mantra to carry us through the evening.
Together we will sing uplifting **mantras dedicated to different expressions of the Divine Feminine**, moving between meditation, live music, violin and sound healing. The journey takes us from stillness and reflection into joy, connection, singing and perhaps a little dancing.
This is a **three-hour ceremonial journey** with space to reconnect with yourself, receive new energy and inspiration, and come together to celebrate this special time.
After the ceremony, you are warmly invited to stay for tea, something light to eat and some time together.
**Everyone is welcome** – no previous experience of kirtan, mantra or meditation is needed. Simply come as you are.
