About this Event
Join us at Recoupia Spa & Holistic Wellness for a relaxed morning exploring Nature’s GLP-1, our 12-week program that brings personalized nutrition guidance and restorative studio care together.
If you’ve been navigating cravings, changing energy levels, digestive concerns, or frustration with your weight, this is a chance to ask questions and explore what a more supported approach could look like.
What to expect
Maylen Arroyo, founder of Recoupia Spa, and clinical nutritionist Cheri Soraparu, MS, CCN, will explain GLP-1, how nutrition and daily habits relate to metabolic health, and what the 12-week program includes. Then, Jennifer Homes and Diana Duque, our Master Estheticians, will introduce the studio treatments included in the program. You’ll have time to ask questions and explore whether it’s a good fit for you.
Enjoy refreshments, meet the team, and bring the questions you’ve been wanting to ask.
Experience a complimentary Fit3D session
We’ll also be offering complimentary Fit3D body-scanning sessions during the event.
Fit3D uses a 3D scan to create a digital view of your body and record measurements, giving you a starting point for tracking physical changes over time. It’s a way to look beyond the number on the scale and follow changes in your body’s shape and measurements throughout your wellness journey.
