FREE and open to all ages, our Nature Rx Wellness Walks explore the Benedictine University nature trail that wraps around Lake St. Benedict in Lisle, IL.Every walk is led by a naturalist. Open to all ages! Trail conditions vary by season. The trail is approximately ½ mile and is unpaved but mostly flat. Dress for the weather.
Picnic benches are available at the end of the walk, or stop by the museum!
