Nature journaling is a relaxing and easy way to cultivate mindfulness and gratitude as we engage our senses and pay attention to what's around us as we learn, reflect, and grow our connection to the natural world and to ourselves. Whether you want to sketch a landscape, identify that flower you've been noticing, or wax poetic about the wind in the trees - this casual walk is for you! Woodcock educator Tommy McCarthy will be leading this <1 mile loop walk and we will pause along the way to either sketch, write about, or identify things that are around us. Please bring something to write with and something to write on. There are a few benches around McKeon Farm, but be prepared to have a seat on the grass as well.
This program is free, registration is preferred so we can email you the details prior to meeting! Link below.
