Bring the whole family to the Key West Tropical Forest & Botanical Garden for Nature is Art, a hands-on art adventure where parents and kids create together!
Join us every 3rd Saturday during our Native Plant Sale and Compost Village Demonstration. Each session brings a brand-new nature theme, so there's something exciting every time!
Partnered with Key West Art & Historical Society, together we introduce children to different artists and techniques, offering a creative nature filled experience for your family to enjoy!
🎨 What to Expect:
Make 3–4 creative, nature-inspired crafts using natural and recycled materials
Enjoy a fun, hands-on experience together outdoors
Plus time to play on the playground and explore the Garden before or after the workshop
🌱 Same-Day Fun:
Because it's held during our Native Plant Sale and Compost Village Demonstration, drop off your kitchen scraps, see composting in action, and take home plants that support local ecosystems!

When: Every 3rd Saturday during our Native Plant Sale & Compost Village Demonstration
Cost: Free for Garden Members | $10 per child (non-members)
Pre-registration required | Space is limited to 15 children per session
A separate registration is required for each workshop date
Parents and kids enjoy the workshop together, this is not a drop-off event
