Are you an adult who wants to learn more about biodiversity and nature here in Lancaster? We're branching out and meeting up at the Lancaster County Central Park's Environmental Center to take a group hike and learn about what trees, flowers, and wildlife are in the park and how to identify them in your own backyard.
The LPL On-the-Go van will make an appearance at the program so we can discuss and check out relevant materials.
Good to know info:
🌳 Adults only
📋 Registration is REQUIRED
🥾 Wear appropriate shoes and clothes for an outdoor 1.25-mile hike on the park's Scout Trail
🅿️ Park outside the Environmental Center and meet with our librarian and the Park Naturalist before heading on the trail
