Discover the wonderful world of woodlice at Nature Club for ages 5-9. We can see from prehistoric fossils that woodlice evolved over millions and millions of years, so they have super-strong survival skills. Make a LEGO woodlice maze to navigate, and collect materials in the woodland for scientific experiments* to test their decision making. Do they like light or dark, wet or dry, soil or leaves? Play the woodlouse game, and make a paper curl up crustacean to take home. *No woodlouse will be harmed in our experiments, and will safely return to their woodland habitat!Sessions:

3PM - 4.30PM
Suitable for ages 5-9 (child must be accompanied by an adult)
All our activities are designed and led by our expert leaders for adults and children to work together.

What is included in your ticket:
90 minute club session for one child and accompanying adult
Access to:
- Access to the woodland, Water Lab and outdoor areas from 10am–5pm (last entry 4.30pm)
- Cafe 10am - 4pm
- Parking (limited availability)
What is NOT included:
- Access to the Exploration Zone

For under 3’s or siblings outside the recommended age range for this Club, we recommend a visit to the Family Day Exploration Zone instead
Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event.

Emira's Kitchen café at the Science Oxford Centre is open on Saturdays from 10am-4pm, serving hot and cold drinks, kid's meal deals, cakes, snacks and rolls. Families are welcome to bring their own food and refreshments to eat at our lunch tables.
